Hi, thanks for dropping by, looking me up, or whatever brought you by my page. I'm not sure what you might be interested in so here's a quick overview of what I do and where you can find me most days.  I counsel and lead groups through the Center for Creative Transformation in Fort Worth, Texas where I also lead a creation spiritual celebration each week called  eleven:eleven  celebration.  There are extended personal growth group experiences I created called Roots of Change which are a part of the work I do with the Institute for Restorative Communities a non-profit organization involved in teaching some powerful insights about the importance of emotional connection/literacy in all facets of life but especially in the education and justice systems.  Jennifer Lawson (my wife) and I also offer workshops that blend yoga and psychological insight called ARIES Method.  All of these efforts provide insights, much of which is based in the work of Silvan Tomkins.and Donald Nathanson, MD whose work is carried on by the Tomkins Institute. I serve on the board of this amazing organization which is celebrating 20 years of educating leaders from a multitude of professions in Affect Script Psychology.  Finally, if you are interested in the music I write and record you can find it on I-Tunes or check out the page here
